Shaan-e-Bhopal Express with excellence coaches flagged off

Shaan-E-Bhopal Express (12155) running from Habibganj to Hazrat Nizamuddin was flagged off with excellence coaches by Member of Parliament from Bhopal Pragya Thakur on Tuesday. Railways has replaced the rack of train with Green coaches. The new coaches of the train have bio-toilets, stainless steel soap dispenser and epoxy flooring to keep the lavatory neat and dry.
Several complaints were being received from passengers and railway team about the problems of leakage, AC cooling, etc. Concerned over the problems of passengers, Divisional Railway Manager (DRM) Uday Borwanker directed to replace the coaches of this train on priority basis. According to Railway officials, board has directed to develop 60 trains across country as excellence train and for this railway has also provisioned Rs 60 lakh per rack. The rack of excellence train is in off-white and red colour instead of blue. There is auto generator machine in toilets for odour control.
There is also modern soap dispenser, two inch thick epoxy flooring to stop water logging in lavatory with modern taps to control the wastage of water with its foaming technology. Bio-toilet announcement system has been placed in bio-toilets and fire extinguisher is mandatory in each coach. Use of fire extinguisher is made easy. Officials said Green mat has been placed from entry to exit that would help to keep the coach neat and tidy. Aluminium ultra violet unified notice board for notification is there in each coach that would help passengers to get information of halt stations, time, etc.
Posters displayed in each coach have QR code and it would give historical information of the places. If any passenger wants to check the detail information, he or she would be free to scan the QR code in mobile phone. Notably, for past few months, several complaints are being received from this train for non functional AC, leakage from coach roof, water taps, garbage, cleanliness, toilet,
