NCC Cadet Rahul Verma wins gold medal in firing at All India Navy Camp

NCC Cadet, Rahul Verma of Bhilai has won gold medal in firing competition at the All India Navy Camp. The All India Navy Camp was held at Vishakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh from October 2 to 13. Rahul is a student of B Sc 2nd Year in Indira Gandhi Govt. Arts and Science PG College, Vaishali Nagar Bhilai. Here it may be mentioned that around one thousand cadets from 17 Directorate Naval Unit from all over the country participated in the above camp. Various competitions comprising of semaphore, bolt puling, seamanship, health and hygiene, firing and others were held in the 11 day camp.

Rahul by winning gold medal in firing has brought laurels to MP&CG Directorate, Chhattisgarh Naval Unit Raipur and the college. Dr Alka Meshram, Principal of Indira Gandhi Govt. Arts and Science PG College, Vaishali Nagar Bhilai, NCC Officer, Sub Lieutenant, Mahesh Kumar, professors and employees of college along with students have congratulated Rahul for his achievement and prayed for his bright future.
