Collector directs officials for early redressal of Tilhari people’s problems

Collector Bharat Yadav, on Saturday visited Tilhari and held discussion with oustees of Madan Mahal Hills. The district administration is rehabilitating the displaced families in Tilhari. During inspection, Collector Yadav gave needed directions to concerned senior officials and asked them to redress people's problem without any delay. He directed officials to complete the work of fixing streetlights early. He also asked officials to ensure proper supply of potable water to oustees families.
 
The Collector on the occasion also inspected under construction road and asked senior officials to ensure construction of drain on both sides of the road. Yadav directed Food Controller to take permission from State Government for temporary arrangement of providing ration to oustees as eligibility slips are not generated. He also directed senior officials of Education Department to ensure posting of needed teachers at the school established in rehabilitation area at Tilhari.
 
He also inspected the houses which are build through financial aid provided under Pradhanmantri Awas Yojana. He directed concerned officials to provide financial aid to remaining oustees also. During inspection, the Collector was informed that first installment of aid under PAY scheme has been provided to 384 oustees of Madan Mahal hills. Out of the total, 329 people have already started house construction work.Assistant Collector, Harsh Dixit and CEO Smart City Limited, Ashish Pathak were also present during the inspection.
