Chief Justice of MP High Court Ajay Kumar Mittal assumes charge

Judges, senior office- bearers of Bar and Bench and Judicial officers welcomed the newly appointed CJ Justice Mittal 
 
The 25th Chief Justice of the Madhya Pradesh High Court, Justice Ajay Kumar Mittal assumed the charge, on Monday. Earlier, a neat and graceful programme was organised in the South Block of the High Court. A number of Judges, senior office- bearers of Bar and Bench and Judicial officers welcomed the newly appointed CJ Justice Mittal. Speaking on the occasion, he said making MPHC one of the best High Courts of the country would be his priority.
 
It would be ensured that everybody must get justice, said Justice Mittal. He extended gratitude to the members of the Bench and Bar for the ovation and solicited their cooperation in smooth workings of the High Court. It may be noted that Governor Lalji Tandon had on Sunday administered oath to the Chief Justice during the swearing in ceremony organised at Raj Bhawan in State Capital, on Sunday.
