Once the bridge over Pili Nadi is ready, people of Jaripatka can reach old Koradi Naka within a short period of time. The project was pushed by Virendra Kukreja, Corporator of Prabhag 1-D, under whose the area lies. Bridge will go from Pyramid City to Shambhu Nagar, Arya Nagar, Nara. Distance from Jaripatka to each destination to Shambhu Nagar, Arya Nagar Jaripatka to Shambhu Nagar, Koradi road will get reduced. At present people of Jaripatka have to take Mental hospital road to reach Koradi naka which comes around 4 km.
 
Once bridge is ready, the distance will be reduced drastically and people from Jaripatka can be able to save time and energy too. Kukreja pushed the project with State Government and get it sanctioned. Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC) has floated the tender and only work order is to be released. In another period of 6 to 8 months, the bridge will be ready. This bridge is about 300 meter length. People of Jaripatka under the leadership of Vedprakash Arya and others visited Union Minister Nitin Gadkari and thanked him for the project. Kukreja has moved several proposals of development works. They include Nara road bridge of Rs 3.5 crore whose bhoomipujan was performed, Nara ghat work worth Rs 2.5 crore will be dedicated to people the work is underway. The cement road works whose estimated cost is Rs 80 crore will be completed. People of Jaripatka faces congestion on its main road.
 
To find a solution to it, a vegetable market is coming up near Ginger mall. The estimated cost of this project is Rs 3.5 crore and its tender process is going on. Considering rising demand of beautification of Dayanand Park is been heard by Kukreja and he took up the project with State Government that sanctioned the Rs 2 crore beautification work whose tender has been floated. Virendra Kukreja demanded 13 gardens in Jaripatka and around for which State Government not only gave green signal but also sanctioned Rs 2.75 crore and work orders for the same have been released.
 
The gardens would come in Kukreja Nagar, Arya Nagar, Shambhu Nagar, Tirupati Nagar, Bank Colony, Shiv Mandir, Kukreja Nagar, etc. People since ages have been facing the problem near Itarsi bridge but they would heave sigh of relief as Virendra Kukreja brought approval of Rs 90 crore for Itarsi bridge. Virendra Kukreja, the Corporator expressed his gratitude towards Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and also Nitin Gadkari for helping him to fulfill the needs of people.
