   Date :09-Nov-2019

“Long-awaited verdict of the Supreme Court on Ayodhya issue will be delivered on Saturday. People of Hindu community are optimistic that the apex court’s order will pave the way for construction of temple at Ram Janmbhoomi in Ayodhya. People of Hindu and Muslim communities will welcome the decision but there is a need to check the act of notorious activists to maintain law and order situation in the country. Grand Ram Mandir will be constructed by the religious gurus with complete anusthan to symbolise Ayodhya as birth place of Maryada Purushottam Lord Ram,” said Dwipeethadheeshwar Jagatguru Shankaracharya Swami Swaroopanand Saraswati while addressing a press conference on Friday.
Swami Swarupanand Saraswati said that the Sunni Central Board failed in presenting evidences of existence of Babar in Ayodhya. He also alleged that the demolished structure in Ayodhya was not a mosque but it was a temple. Indian Constitution does not allow the Government or any political party to construct
temple or mosque but it is the responsibility of religious gurus. Construction of Ram Mandir in Ayodhya is the right of Hindu community. Ramalaya Trust was constituted with the consent of four Shankaracharyas for solving the land dispute of Ram Janmbhoomi and the trust will finalise construction of a grand Ram Mandir. Swami Swaroopanand said that he is not against Muslims and Muslims are also not against the construction of temple but some persons are trying to take mileage of Ayodhya issue for their political interest. He extended appeal towards people of both the communities to avoid any kind of provocative messages and rumors to maintain law and order. He also urged the police and administrative authorities to check the activities of notorious elements for evading their attempt to create panic in the country following the Ayodhya verdict.
