Director of Novarc Company arrested for fraud

Crime Branch, Bhopal, nabbed a miscreant from Pune in Maharashtra involved in duping in the name of giving dealership (C&F) of organic manure and pesticides worth Rs 16.71 lakh. Accused is Director of Novarc Company Pune. The Crime Branch started investigation after Bhopal-based Narendra Sahu lodged complaint regarding fraud by the accused Director of Novarc Company, Abhay Srikrishna Deshpande and duped to the tune of Rs 16.71 lakh.
A team was formed which arrested Abhay Srikrishna Deshpande, the Director of Novark Organic Limited Company, Pune, Maharashtra. who was nabbed from Pune, who committed fraud in the name of giving dealership (C&F) of organic manure and pesticides. In his complaint, victim stated that on October 16, 2017 a agreement was signed regarding giving dealership to him and Rs 10 lakh was collected as security while Rs 6.71 lakh were additional money which was spent to provide dealership.
Even after the contract, no product was given to the complainant by the accused Abhay Shrikrishna Deshpande and his associates. The accused was neither supplied any material to the complainant Narendra Sahu as per the contract of the dealership nor his money was returned. Police registered a case of fraud and started investigation and later nabbed the accused. The accused along with his partners Ashok Kulkarni and Abhijeet Terkar duped the victims who are still at large. Search has been intensified for the arrest of these two miscreants.
