CREDAI, Nagpur Metro launches ‘Property Search App’

With an intent to bridge the gap between builders and buyers, CREDAI, Nagpur Metro has taken a big leap by announcing the launch of ‘Property Search App.’ The App has been launched in association with Dygn Media. On the very first day, 13 projects have been registered and another 22 are in pipeline. Nagpur Chapter is the first in the country to launch such concept.

Disclosing this at a press conference on Friday, Anil Nair, President of CREDAI, Nagpur Metro said, the App can be downloaded free of cost from Google App Store by anyone.

To download the App, one has to go Google Play Store and search for CREDAI Nagpur Metro. From there, download the application and start searching property directly,” he said.

“The application will bring you an user-friendly experience to help you find your dream home in Nagpur. All the information is at your fingertips,” he said.

Gaurav Agarwala, Secretary of CREDAI, Nagpur Metro said, the App showcases all the properties available in the searched areas and builder details. In the application, the buyer can search the properties on the basis of size of the flat/price range/ or location wise. The buyer can even shortlist the properties and can later contact the builder. “The option to view all the shortlisted properties is also available in the application. Through this application, buyers can contact builders directly avoiding any middlemen,” he said.

Vishal Agrawal, Head of Expo Committee said, all the properties showcased will be genuine where no brokerage or brokers are available. Around 500 properties will be registered. The properties will of CREDAI, Nagpur Metro members only and RERA registered. There are homes from 1 BHK to 4 BHK.

The prices starts from Rs 12 lakh to Rs 3 crore. The properties are verified by a panel of 6 members of CREDAI, Nagpur Metro. All the properties showcased are approved by NMC, NIT, NMRDA and loans available from leading banks, he added.

Prashant Sarode, Past President of CREDAI, Nagpur Metro said, “The App is informative in nature and akin with the latest technological development taking place around the globe.”

Mahesh Sadhwani, Vice-President of CREDAI, Maharashtra Metro said, “Today is the world of digital. People want everything on mobile and this is our attempt to make the information of our projects directly available on App.”

Ankit Jha, Managing Partner of Dygn Media sharing technical details said, “All the data is secured. We will come out Apple version. The App will be 99.99 per cent uptime.” Also present were Ashok Chandak, Treasurer and Santu Chawla.
