Bhopal election is most talked about in country: Digvijay

Congress Lok Sabha candidate for Bhopal, Digvijay Singh told that now Bhopal election has become a talking point in the entire country. On which path country will go, this has to be decided by people of Bhopal. Digvijay Singh was addressing the gathering of intellectuals, artists and writers on Thursday. Making a scathing attack on Prime Minister Narendra Modi, he said that once Karl Marx had told that religion is like opium but Mahatma Gandhi had rejected this theory. Gandhi told that religion is a personal matter. Mood of country is not communal.
 
People are neither fanatic nor radical but they could not speak up openly as by doing so they will have to face abuses. He also expressed concern that so much venom has been spread into the minds of youngsters through the medium of social media that it is difficult to take it out. He claimed that he is fighting a war against an ideology and wants to take it to a logical end. On this occasion, former union minister Suresh Pachauri, Minister P C Sharma, ex-MP Rameshwar Sharma and others were present.
