The accused Ruby Singh was produced in a local court from where he was sent to jail. “After Police Custody Remand (PCR) of Virendra Singh Tomar alias Ruby Singh ended on Saturday, police has produced the accused in a local court from where he was sent to judicial custody. Late on yesterday evening, a police team has carried out a search at Ruby Singh’s residence and recovered a register containing details of people to whom money was lent,” said Kotwali City Superintendent of Police (CSP) Dev Charan Patel.
