Homoeopathy has gained its value yet its development is slow, says Bhagwat

Homoeopathy is not an alternative therapy. It is one of the therapies of medical science. Medicine is the way to serve common people. All pathies are useful because each pathy has its own value and importance. Thus, Homoeopathy has its own value. It is a pathy affordable for all sections of society. It has gained its status yet its development is far away, said Dr Mohan Bhagwat, Sarsanghchalak, Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS). Dr Bhagwat was the chief guest at Dr Samuel Hahnemann’s 264th birth anniversary celebration programme held at Rani Laxmibai Hall, near Hanuman Mandir, Laxmi Nagar. rkesari Prakashan presided over the programme. “Homoeopathy exists due to Dr Samuel Hahnemann. To respect this occasion, today’s Homoeopathy doctors should start following Dr Hahnemann. Homoeopathy doctors should read and conduct researches in the Homoeopathy,” said Dr Bhagwat. Dr Bhagwat suggested to avoid commercialisation in Homoeopathy. “Whatever be the development in the field, the doctors should follow three main points of their service, giving service to people, conducting new experiments and support people. No success is final, no success is continued,” he said. “Our society should have a hospital which practices all three therapies under one roof and the doctors should suggest the patient which therapy will be beneficial to him or her,” added Dr Bhagwat. The programme included felicitation of senior Homoeopathy doctors, Dr Rajan Kalpande from Nagpur, Dr Manik Kondalkar from Nagpur and Dr Waman Dongarwar from Sakoli. All three were honoured for their long and commendable service in the field.
 
Dr Vilas Dangre advised the homoeopathy doctors to keep practising homoeopathy and enjoy the profession. “Homoepathy is very effective for public. The main motive of this therapy is to give service to public. It is affordable to all sections of society. Though the doctors are struggling today but homoeopathy has a bright future,” said Dr Dangre. Dr Murlidhar Indole, State President, HMAI, Dr Ramakant Kapre, Active Unit City President, HMAI, Dr Dnyanesh Dhakolkar, National Vice-President, HMAI, Dr Rajan Kalpande, General Secretary, HMAI, Dr Shirsh Saoji, Secretary, HMAI and others were present.
