Pateria to join Congress today

Dheeraj Pateria who had left Bharatiya Janata Party after serving for over three decades on various key posts in previous Vidhan Sabha Elections, to join Indian National Congress 
 
With a resolution to raise development issues of Jabalpur city that city actually deserves. Inspired with the public welfare works, development initiatives taken by Congress candidate MP (Rajya Sabha) Vivek Krishn Tankha, Dheeraj Pateria who had left Bharatiya Janata Party after serving for over three decades on various key posts in previous Vidhan Sabha Elections, to join Indian National Congress, on Tuesday during election meeting at Sihora. It may be mentioned that Dheeraj Pateria had contested Vidhan Sabha Elections from Jabalpur Central seat as independent candidate and had received around 30,000 votes, disturbing political equations on this seat. Dheeraj Pateria addressing a press conference, on Monday declared that despite calls from eminent leaders of BJP with a promising future in party and politics he did not make up his mind to rejoin BJP.
 
Meanwhile, since Vidhan Sabha Elections the supporters in all eight assembly constituencies of Jabalpur have encouraged me to work for public welfare. To fulfil my first object to serve needy people and for development of Jabalpur, amidst ongoing Lok Sabha Elections 2019 the vision of Congress Candidate from Jabalpur, Vivek Krishn Tankha has inspired me and on comparing the 5500 days term of sitting MP of Jabalpur and his work for Jabalpur in present scene the development of this constituency is not quite encouraging. Dheeraj Pateria added to work on motive of public welfare I was looking for a platform and finally decided to join Congress party.
 
He said in past three terms of sitting MP in Jabalpur only unemployment has grown to great extent, small and cottage enterprises are struggling for survival, no big industrial unit or project come up in city as well no efforts were made in this direction too. Revising his 'Atal Sankalp' to work for public welfare and to raise voice of needy people through a platform, Dheeraj with his supporters to join Congress on Tuesday.
