Polling day arrangements discussed in joint meet of sr administrative, police officials

An important joint meeting of senior administrative and police officials was held discuss and review polling day arrangements in the conference hall at Collectorate, on Saturday. District Returning Officer and Collector, Chhavi Bhardwaj chaired the meeting.
 
During the meeting senior officials reviewed preparations for the polling and security arrangements for the day in entire district. Senior police officials, sector officers and assistant returning officers were asked to ensure all necessary precautions for maintaining law and order during polling in the district. The senior officials were also asked to get obey prohibitory orders strictly for free and fair elections. General Observer of Election Commission of India, V Amutthavalli was also present on the occasion.
