Choubey’s health reported to be stable

The health condition of Ravindra Choubey, senior Congress leader and Minister for Agriculture, Water Resources Department, Parliamentary Affairs, Law and Legislative Affairs, was reported stable on Sunday. Minister Choubey is under treatment at Sanjay Gandhi Postgraduate Institute of Medical Sciences (SGPIMS) Lucknow in Uttar Pradesh. The SGPIMS issued a medical bulletin on the health condition of Minister Ravindra Choubey on Sunday.
 
Professor and Head of Cardiology Department of the SGPIMS Dr Dr Pravin Goel said that the health condition of Choubey, who was brought to the SGPIMS on Saturday, was stable. Ravindra Choubey’s kidney dialysis was performed and after that his health condition improved. However, the functioning of Choubey’s kidney and lever was not upto the mark, said Dr Goel. Choubey was hospitalised at the SGPIMS after he suffered heart attack on Saturday.
 
Ravindra Choubey was shifted to Sanjay Gandhi Postgraduate Institute of Medical Sciences from Sahara Hospital. Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel visited the SGPIMS Lucknow on Sunday and enquired about the health condition of Choubey.
