State President of Bharatiya Janata Party, Rakesh Singh on Tuesday said Congress has constantly been playing with the security of the country and dishonouring Army’s valor since independence. But, the election manifesto released by it for the Lok Sabha polls is the cruelest attack on country’s security. It seems that the manifesto is not a promise letter of any nationalist political party, but is a plan prepared by enemy country to humiliate India and its armed forces. Expressing his views on Congress’ election manifesto, he said, the things related with Kashmir and country’s security, which are mentioned in the manifesto, depicts that Congress wants to fight election with support of Pakistan and separatists of Kashmir. Singh said, Congress, in its manifesto, said it would ensure alteration in AFSPA and would decrease army’s power in Kashmir. It has promised talks with separatists.

He alleged that the Congress on page 35 of its manifesto said Army is abducting citizens, involved in sexual violence and is torturing people. BJP’s State President said, the Facebook has removed Congress’ pages through which it was allegedly preparing plans with enemy country to defeat Modi. Such things make it clear that, Congress is hatching conspiracy against the country.Singh said, Congress had failed badly to fulfill its promises made in election manifesto during polls in 2004 and 2009.

He said, Modi Government has cleared one rank one pension, it got deposited Rs 35,000 crore in the accounts of soldiers and linked countrymen with Aadhaar. Singh said the Union Government has given Rs 5 lakh medical insurance to 50 crore Indians, but governments of Congress-ruled States are not implementing the same in concerned States. He said, Congress is shedding crocodile tears for farmers. It had failed to uplift living standard of farmers during its long 50 year rule. He said, Modi Government has started providing Rs 6000 to over 12 crore farmers of the country. He questioned Congress to clear that from where it would arrange money for NYAY. He said, Congress has promised to provide Rs 72,000 to poor every year. But, it has no roadmap to execute the scheme. He said, Congress is making promises just to come to power.
