Emotions run high as Sadhvis meet

Bharatiya Janata Party’s Lok Sabha candidate Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur went to the residence of Union Minister Uma Bharti and had a cordial discussion in State capital on Monday. Uma Bharti welcomed her with great warmth and there was great happiness on the faces of both of them. Uma Bharti offered famous Indian dish ‘Halwa’ to her. To the surprise of everyone, Uma Bharti offered Halwa by her hands to Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur.
The meeting between both the Sadhvis became a matter of discussion in the corridors of power. Later, when Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur boarded her vehicle to go to canvassing, Uma Bharti came till gate to bid adieu to her. There were some emotional movements when Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur hugged Uma Bharti and tears started to roll down from her eyes.
The meeting between both leaders came when a statement of Uma Bharti was being seen as a jibe on Pragya Singh Thakur. To clarify her stand, Uma Bharti said that her statement given in connection with Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur was twisted. She stated that Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur is head priest of Akhada and she faced unbearable pains in her life and she respects her a lot. “I will take part in canvassing of Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur,” said Uma Bharti. Later, Sadhvi Pragya Thakur took to twitter to tell about her meeting with Uma Bharti.
