BMC razes encroachments from many areas

Bhopal Municipal Corporation’s anti-encroachment squad removed encroachment from many public places in Govindpura Industrial area. More than two dozen small shops in the pavement area has been removed using JCB machine. Other areas including Nadra Bus stand, Bhopal Talkies, Sindhi Colony were also identified where encroachments cropped up. Handcarts and kachha shops were removed from Ghoda Nakkas, Bhanpur, Lalghati Chauraha etc . Encroachment from footpath were also removed, Two pan parlours , one hand cart etc were removed.
 
The anti-encroachment squad of Bhopal Municipal Corporation also informed general public about traffic regulations at Hridaram Nagar, Bairagarh. They also asked people to ensure parking only at parking areas allotted. During this two dozens vehicles standing at footpath were also removed. The BMC anti encroachment squad found lots of irregularities in the area and asked commoners to follow rules in order to be not to be penalized. They also urged public to coeoprate with traffic police and also with officials of Bhopal Municipal Corporation.
 
The anti-encroachment squad seized two two wheelers and four four wheelers with the help of crane. During this anti-encroachment drive traffic police DSP Dhramednra Rawat, Assitant Commissioner Ishan Dhakkad, Zonal Officer Mrinal Khare, Officer Incharge (Health) Ravikant Auchitya and traffic police team were present. Besides, Bhopal Municipal Corporation (BMC) is also focusing to remove any kind of obstruction of Nullah in areas due to ongoing construction near it.
