Congress President Rahul Gandhi made a blistering attack on Modi government in his rallies held in Jatara (Tikamgarh), Patharia (Damoh) and Amanganj (Panna) on Tuesday. Rahul Gandhi told the gathering that PM Narendra Modi failed to bring back black money and speaks lies. Mincing no words to criticise Modi government, Rahul Gandhi told that it is farmers, labourers, poor people who are the real owners of the nation. Training guns towards BJP, he alleged that Prime Minister is Chowkidar of 15 most corrupt people of the country. “Modi ji wants to create two Hindustan-first for poor, farmers, unemployed and second for thieves” he quipped. He added that NYAY scheme, under which Congress promised to give Rs 72,000 to most poor of poorest, is actual voice of nation and 25 crore poor people. Taking on demonetisation decision of Modi government, he said that not even a single black money holder stood in line and it was only poor, honest persons and farmers who stood in line.

He alleged that in last 5 years, Modi government took out Rs 5.55 crore from public pocket and gave to 15 most rich persons of country. “I will take out this money from their pocket through NYAY scheme and will put it into the pocket of poor people,” he said. Taking a jibe on PM Narendra Modi assertion of bringing back black money and depositing Rs 15 lakh into the pocket of everyone, he said “ Like Modi ji, I cannot deposit Rs 15 lakh but yes I will deposit Rs 3.60 lakh in five years,” he said.

Shedding light on his ambitious scheme NYAY, he told that the scheme will increase purchasing power of people, will boost market activities, small industries will get opened and people will start getting jobs. He told that as of now, there is vacancy of 22 lakh jobs and these vacancies will be immediately filled when Congress comes to power. He added that Modi government used to cry hoarse of coming good days but now people are telling ‘Chowkidar Chor Hain’. On this occasion, he also raised Rafale jet issue. During the rallies, he was accompanied by CM Kamal Nath and other Congress leaders.
