ON THE second consecutive day, Rahul Gandhi once again claimed that former Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan is lying that no farmer loan has been waived off in the State. Showing the certificates, he added that the Congress Government has even waived off loans of two family members of Shivraj Singh Chouhan as they had also applied for loan waiver scheme. Rahul Gandhi was addressing a public meeting in support of Sagar candidate Prabhu Singh Thakur in Bina on Thursday.

Mincing no words in criticising PM Modi, he said that country wants to know what works have been done by the Modi Government. What happened to the promise of giving Rs 15 lakh to everyone, what happened about loan waiver of farmers, what happened about promise of giving 2 crore jobs every year? Gandhi said that the Congress has taken two decisions, first is this that no farmer will go to jail on failing to repay loan and secondly only rich will go to jail on failing to repay loan. He also said that if Congress is voted to power then there will be a separate budget for farmers.

Claiming that Modi Government has just a few days left and Congress is going to come to power, he said that the Congress Government will bring a law to give 33 per cent reservation to women in Lok Sabha, Rajya Sabha, Vidhan Sabha and jobs in Centre. NYAY Scheme has been made for 25 crore poor people of country under which Rs 72,000 will be given to every poor family.

NYAY Scheme has the potential to bring sea change in country’s economy as it will not only increase purchasing power of people but will also help in creating jobs for youths and help run factories. Cornering Modi Government on Rafale deal and corruption, Rahul Gandhi said that now people have made up their minds to remove PM Narendra Modi. Maximum terror incidents have occurred in the rule of Modi Government. On the occasion, former Union Minister Suresh Pachauri, Minister Govind Rajput, Minister Pradeep Jaiswal and others were also present.
