Yogendra Verma tops CGBSE Class XII with 97.40%

Yogendra Verma, a student of Maharana Pratap Higher Secondary School, Jhaphal (Mungeli), has topped the tentative top ten student list of Higher Secondary School Certificate Examination 2019 conducted by the Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education (CGBSE) in March this year. Yogendra has scored 97.40 per cent as he obtained 487 marks out of total 500 in the Class XII Examination, results of which were announced by CGBSE Chairman and School Education Principal Secretary Gaurav Dwivedi on Friday. Also present were CGBSE Secretary V K Goyal and other senior officials. A total of 22 students have made it to the top ten list.
 
Similarly, Devendra Sahu, a student of Saraswati Shishu Mandir H S School, Lormi, has occupied the second position with 97.20 per cent while Aditya Singh from St Vincent Pallotti School Kutela and Vinita Patel, a student of H S M Global Public HSS Dayalband Bilaspur, have shared the third position in the top ten list by scoring 95.80 per cent each.
Kshama Devi Rajput from HSM Global Public School Bilaspur has secured the fourth position with 95.60 per cent while Manisha Kumari from Government Girls H S School Bhilai-3, Ritu Kumari from Saraswati H S School CSEB Korba and Udit Kumar Dewangan from Government Higher Secondary School Girhola have shared the fifth position by scoring 95.40 per cent each. Similarly, Lucky Dewangan from Government H S School Titurdih Durg, Kiran Sahu from J R Dani Government Girls H S School Raipur, Abhishek Kumar Dadsena from Swami Vivekananda H S School Janjgir and Mahendra Kumar Behera from Government Boys H S School Jashpur Nagar have shared the sixth Position with 95.20 per cent each.
 
Khushi Ganjir from Oracle Public H S School Dhamtari, Ankit Bhoi from K G Convent School Saraipali and Aman Singh Rajput from Maharana Pratap H S School Jhaphal have shared the seventh position with 95 per cent each while Namrata from Government H S School Durg and Bindiya Choudhary from Mona Modern H S School Raigarh have shared the eighth position with 94.80 per cent each and Sanjana Agrawal from K G Convent School Mahasamund has scored 94.40 per cent to occupy ninth position in the top ten list.
