On the occasion of most lovely celebration of beautiful bond of mother and children and mother’s unconditional love for her wards and was celebrated as ‘Mother’s Day’ on Sunday. The State capital witnessed auspicious celebration of the adorable day. Various big and small celebrations, small get together, Mother’s Day theme based parties, mothers’ felicitation programme were held on the day. The celebration was observed at many places in the city. Parties were also organised in the restaurants. Local and online marketplaces also geared up to provide hefty discount on gifts items. Restaurants across the city gave many offers on the day as respect to all the mothers. This day was completely dedicated to the mothers.

 

 

The most purest and unconditional relation on planet Earth is mother-child relation. A mother is everyone’s best friend because she takes care of everything we need. Her unconditional love and care for her child is matchless. Therefore, to pay respect and show how special she is, this day is dedicated to her. Children did special things for their mothers and dedicated this to her in a special way. They planned to make mothers free from work at home and make them feel like queen on that day. While, the others made a surprise gift with her favourite things. The children had put extra efforts for mothers to make her happy on this day.

 

 

Mother’s Day is a celebration of honoring mothers and celebrating motherhood and the influence of mothers in society. A cance competition along with Mother’s Day Special Award will also be organised by the Umang Gauravdeep Welfare Society which will be dedicated to the mothers at Kukud Bhavan. It will be highly inspirational and enthusiastic programme for the mothers. The participants of the programme would be mothers who will exhibit their final performances. At the end, the prizes and certificates will be awarded to the winners of the competition. Special awards would also be conferred to the mothers for their works and selfless services.
