Police seized documents from office of Sure Mart and Sure Wealth company

In connection with forgery to the tune of over Rs 100 crore, New Rajendra Nagar police on Wednesday seized computer hard-disk, laptop and incriminating documents from the office of Sure Mart and Sure Wealth. “Taking the investigation ahead, a police team carried out search at the office of Sure Mart and Sure Wealth located at Ashoka Millennium. During search, police team has seized a laptop, computer hard-disks, mobile handset of accused Rajesh Mishra and large numbers of documents,” New Rajendra Nagar Station House Officer (SHO) Ajay Shankar Tripathi told ‘The Hitavada.’
 
The accused directors of Sure Mart and Sure Wealth, Deendayal Soni and Rajesh Mishra were also present at the office, added the SHO. According to police sources, software developers, who have developed programme for the company indulged in forgery to the tune of over Rs 100 crore, were taken to the office for collecting details available in the company’s software and hard-disk. Documents seized during the search were carrying information about company’s investment, investors, returns given to members, money taken from people on the pretext of giving franchisee of the company. Raipur police recently arrested two directors of Sure Mart and Sure Wealth Company, who duped over 600 persons across State around Rs 100 crore. Three offences against the accused duo were registered with New Rajendra Nagar police station under Sections 120B, 34, 409 and 420 of IPC.
