SPACE Institute of Designing and Innovation’s (SIDI) annual exhibition on material exploration titled ‘Koncept-2019’ had a grand beginning here at its 1-139 Premilla Housing Society near VIP Estate campus on Friday.

 

The three-day exhibition commenced with ribbon cutting and lighting of ceremonial lamp by Chairman and Founder of SIDI Prashant Soni. Director of SIDI Richa Pamnani , Academic Head Suman Sen Gupta, Head of the Departments Madhulika Gupta, Kriti Pandey from Interior Department along with other faculty members were present on

the occasion.

 

Later, the programme started with Ganesh Vandana performed by Students of 2nd year Aashna Shadija, Mahek Hirani and Nisha Wadhwani. The entire exhibition was full of spark and shimmer with the dazzling of music and tapping of feet on the dance floor. Different mesmerising group dance, solo performances, fun games added to the fun and flair of event.

 

The programme concluded with the bits and music of Aamir and Band. ‘Out of the box’ showcased variety of product developed by students of Interior Department and vivacious collection created by students of Fashion Department was an added attraction. Beautiful accessories and daily utility hand crafted items were also praiseworthy for its vibrancy of creative power showcased by SIDI students.

 

Sharing his views on the occasion, Chairman and Founder of SIDI Prashant Soni said that SIDI is in the 5th position in skill development education industry throughout the Central India. SIDI not only comes with high thinking to deliver prompt result for the betterment of Design Studies but also provides more lucrative platforms for the Next Gen to come.

 

The annual exhibition ‘Koncept 2019’ features new ideas and products. Mission behind this wonderful thinking is to uplift the upcoming student’s creative ideas and talent. Each year SIDI ensures of bringing new themes keeping in mind the trends and concepts of markets.

 

For SIDIANS it is a common platform sharing for fashion and interior students to help them expand their vision for the designing industry. Besides focus on quality in education and implementation of the technical details alongwith designs, SIDI’s team works on improvement and achievements of higher targets to bring more innovative changes in the Design Education.
