Cong minister Choubey discharged

Senior Congress leader and Cabinet Minister Ravindra Choubey was discharged from Sanjay Gandhi Postgraduate Institute of Medical Sciences (SGPIMS) Lucknow in Uttar Pradesh on Wednesday where he was admitted. According to family sources, Choubey is now well and he was discharged after 26 days. Choubey will stay with his daughter and son-in-law in Delhi for few days.
 
Choubey is likely to remain in New Delhi for a couple of weeks. He will monitor the departmental works from Delhi and attend meetings through video conferencing, the family sources added. Choubey was hospitalised in Lucknow after suffering a heart attack on April 27. He had gone to Uttar Pradesh to campaign for the Congress party in the ongoing Lok Sabha elections-2019. Ravindra Choubey suffered chest pain and he started vomiting at a hotel in Lucknow. Soon Ravindra Choubey was rushed to Sahara hospital in Lucknow. Later he was shifted to SGPIMS.
