Make CM Helpline More Effective
 
 
 
Chief Minister Kamal Nath has said that addressing the problems of common people should be done promptly, sensitively and satisfactorily. This is the priority of the Government. He said that the officials efficiently addressing complaints should be encouraged while those committing laxity should be punished. Nath was reviewing ‘CM Helpline’ at Mantralaya on Saturday.
 
 
The Chief Minister said that it is necessary for the welfare government to have a sense of accountability towards the system and sensitivity towards the problems of citizens. He said that the governance systems are solely for the benefit of citizens. Those working with the systems must discharge their assigned duties with greater responsibility. The Chief Minister asked the authorities concerned to make the CM Helpline system more effective. The Minister for Department of Public Service Management Bala Bachchan, Chief Secretary, S R Mohanty, Additional Chief Secretary Finance Anurag Jain, Principal Secretary to CM Ashok Barnawal, were present.
