Newly-elected Congress MPs meet Speaker

Newly-elected Congress Lok Sabha Member from Bastar Lok Sabha constituency Deepak Baij called on Speaker of Chhattisgarh Legislative Assembly Dr Charan Das Mahant at Speaker House, Shankar Nagar here. Speaker Dr Mahant congratulated newly-elected MP Baij and wished him for his bright future.

Newly-elected Korba Congress MP Jyotsana Mahant, Cabinet Minister Jaisingh Agrawal, former MLA Gurmukh Singh Hora, Motilal Dewangan, Joint General Secretary Amit Pandey, State Congress Spokesman Ghanshyam Raju Tiwari, Samir Pandey and other Congress party leaders were present on the occasion. It may be noted that Congress party won two Lok Sabha seats out of 11 in Chhattisgarh.
