Regular study, hard work paid: Kanak

Regular study, hard work and sincerity are the keys to success for Kanak Gajbhiye who topped in Science stream of Class 12 examination of Maharashtra State Board for Secondary and Higher Secondary Education with 94.77 per cent here on Tuesday. Kanak scored 616 marks out of 650. She secured 200 marks in Fisheries, 100 in Biology, 94 in English, 95 in Physics and 77 in Chemistry. A student of Dr Ambedkar College, Kanak, was the second topper in Class 10 with 99.2 per cent. “I was confident of scoring 95 per cent. It was a bit less but I am very happy that my hard work paid off,” Kanak said. “Teachers’ guidance really helped me to clear all my doubts.
 
They were always supportive and encouraged me,” she said to The Hitavada. “Smart work includes time management, presentation and proper concentration and that helped me to score good marks. I devoted more time practising the papers,” she added. Kanak is stepping forward to be a doctor like her parents who are running a hospital in Sadar. Her father Dr Rajesh Gajbhiye and mother Dr Rakhi Gajbhiye both are gynaecologists and she will also follow the family tradition.
 
She is waiting for the NEET results. “I like to share the credit of my success with my parents who always supported me. They helped to clear my doubts every time like my teachers,” Kanak added. Do not take stress while studying, enjoy your study and be cool are the mantras of success that Kanak shared with her juniors. Writing on various topic is her hobby along with swimming. She is a regular contributor to The Hitavada Twinkle Star magazine.
