Kisan Union calls on CM Nath

A delegation of the Bharatiya Kisan Union called on the Chief Minister Kamal Nath at the Mantralaya in State capital and considering the Government’s initiative in favour of the farmers withdrew their proposed strike. Union’s State General Secretary Anil Yadav discussed the issue of farmers with the Chief Minister. Chief Minister told the delegation that a State-level committee is being constituted. It will also include representatives of farmer organisations.
 
This committee will take immediate decisions on issues related to farmers. Farmer’s Welfare and Agriculture Development Minister Sachin Yadav, MLA Vishal Patel and Union office-bearers of union were present on the occasion.
