Army Public School (APS) No 2, JAK RRC, celebrated the 37th Raising Day of the Army Welfare Education Society (AWES) in the school premises recently.

 

 

The Chief Guest of the occasion was Jaskiran Ahluwalia, other dignitaries also graced the occasion. The programme commenced with the welcome of the Chief Guest badges were given to the newly appointed council members of the primary wing followed by a motivational dance by the primary students and an informative conversation by Tiya and Janvi informed the audience about AWES .

 

Throughout the session, children work hard to excel in academics. To motivate the students who had exemplified in the field of academics prizes were given to the students by the Chief Guest. The Chief Guest inspired the students with her motivating words. Vote of Thanks was given by the Head Boy, Ayush Kumar and the Head girl, Dimple Kumari.

As a Token of appreciation a sapling was gifted to the Chief Guest.
