Mastermind of fake call centre arrested from Delhi airport

2 held for circulating woman’s pic on FB Cyber Crime Cell has nabbed mastermind of fake call centre from Delhi airport while he was trying to escape to Georgia. Delhi immigration officers identified and detained the accused. The kingpin, identified as Jaspreet Singh Sachdeva, was absconding for long in fake call centre case. The accused used to provide all facilities to the gang across the states. In the fraud unemployed were lured of jobs and were dupes of lakhs of rupees.
The gang used to operate using fake website wwwshinework.in In the name of registration of Rs 10 the gang would transfer Rs 10,010. He had made available 200 computers in his two houses. Two other key members Sonal Singh and Sahil Dagar are still absconding. Meanwhile, Cyber Crime Cell nabbed two persons for circulating indecent photographs of a married woman over social media after taking her picture, main accused raped her and circulated her photographs along with other accused.The main accused is identified as Yogesh Malviya while his aide was identified as Vishal Yadav.
Police said that the accused Yogesh liked the victim but she never encouraged his advances. Four days ago the accused on the pretext of dropping her home took her to a hotel and raped her and escaped Bhopal. The victim lodged a complaint and based on the complaint police traced Yogesh within three days and nabbed him. During the further investigation Vishal Yadav was also nabbed as he shared photographs with other groups over social media. Police booked the accused under sections 292 (obscenity), 354 (C) (capture of objectionable photographs of women) and sections 66 and 67 of the Information and Technology Act 2000.
