Craze to own new vehicles made this miscreant lift two-wheelers

MADAN Mahal police arrested a vehicle-lifter during a vehicle checking drive on Wednesday. The accused used to steal two-wheelers as he loved driving new vehicles. According to information, during checking of vehicles, cops intercepted a youth driving a two-wheeler. After being stopped, he was asked to show documents of the vehicle. The accused failed to show the papers which made the police suspicious. The accused was brought to police station and was interrogated.
The accused has been identified as Jayesh Motwani informed police has passion to drive variety of two-wheelers. Tempted by new Activa, he managed to steal the vehicle from bus stand area. As SHO Madan Mahal Sandeep Ayachi informed that the accused was apprehended from bus stand area. After being caught, he confessed that he loves to drive new models of two-wheelers.
A case under relevant sections of the IPC has been framed against the accused who is being interrogated further. As cops are hopeful to get information on other vehicles stolen from other locations.
