Godawari E-mobility to launch India’s first e-rental model e-Rickshaw ‘eblu’

GODAWARI E-mobility Limited, a joint venture of Hira Group, Mahendra Group and IGR Phenix Electron Private Limited to launch India’s first e-rental model e-Rickshaw ‘eblu’ at Courtyard By Marriott, Raipur on June 2. The showroom for this exclusive e-Rickshaw will be inaugurated Hira Arcade, Bus Stand, Pandri, Raipur on June 3.
While focusing on launching of eblu, the next generation environment e-rickshaw powered by high performance lithium battery for greater mileage, Chairman Hira Group J P Agrawal said that “We are happy for the launch of eblu at a time when India is taking a giant leap towards pollution free vehicular transport solutions. The eblu which is to be launched on June 2 in Raipur will meet the global standards of emission, and is a result of in house R & D by our team dedicated for design and economic sustainability”. He said that the eblu e-Rickshaw has ‘Made in India’ advantage and it’s in line with the government policies on Make in India, he added.

Director of Godawari E-Mobility Limited Siddharth Agrawal said that the biggest advantage of eblu is in its e-rental concept , that a person with minimum down payment and small daily rental can take a step towards self-employment. He further said that the e-rickshaw powered high performance lithium battery not only gives power but great mileage as well. However, the major advantage is all maintenance and service will be taken care by the company in the rental system, he stated.
 
Sharing the marketing plan, Director of Godavari E-mobility Limited said that by conversion estimates, there are over 10 million cycle rickshaws and 7.5 million auto rickshaws in the country, which could be replaced over a period of time. Thus, there is huge market opportunity for eblu, he maintained.
 
Similarly, Director Hira Group Vinod Pillai said that the eblu innot only powered with lithium bayyery, but its design has edge over other e-rickshaw variant in the market.
 
First of its kind e-rental organised rental model in India, eblu will add to economic upliftment of the deprived section of the society for whom bank loans and high down payment is still a dream.
