RNTU holds career guidance seminar for students

Rabindranath Tagore University (RNTU) conducted a seminar on the topic ‘Career opportunities in chemical science after post graduation’ followed by a motivational talk for the students pursuing BSC and MSC on Friday.
Subject expert and motivator Dr Amithbodh Upadhyaya flourished the young minds pursuing MSC with chemistry and informed them about the numerous opportunities and future prospects the public and private sectors hold. They were also encouraged to try their hand at entrepreneurship and serve as job providers.

Dr Upadhyay also emphasised that start-up guarantees a better future of the students in the field of chemistry.
Medicine, dairy, environment, petrochemical, food, polymer, paint, nanotechnology, textiles, water testing, packing, and many more sectors have numerous opportunities dealing with research, start-up and entrepreneurship.
Along with this, the students were also motivated to maintain a positive attitude, contribute in saving the environment and be law abiding citizens.
 
On this occasion, Dr Neetu Paliwal (Dean of Science), Dr Suryanshu Chaudhary (Head of the Department), Jyoti Rawat (Mentor), Dr Chitra Singh, Dr Suchi Modi, Dr Bhavna Agrawal were also present at the event.
