Owing to regular transfers, the moral of police officials have also hit the low and this has affected their efficiency. Commenting on Government’s decision to give Rs 5 lakh financial help to victim’s family, he told that it is insufficient. He warned that if Government fails to bring law and order situation under control and in providing security to girls then BJP will do the movement by hitting the roads. Going retrospective, he told that previous BJP government led by him had provisioned capital punishment for rapists of minor girls and even accused have received the capital punishment but owing to some legal hurdles, capital punishment could not be executed. Henceforth, he will send a missive to Chief Justice of India so that rapists should get hanging punishment at earliest.
