Minor’s murder case: Police file challan in court

Within 48 hours of the sensational rape and murder case of an minor girl in Mandwa slum area, the Kamla Nagar police on Wednesday submitted the challan (chargesheet) before the special court. After the arrest of accused from Mortakka of Khandwa district, more than 20 police personnel, including 2 ASPs, 3 CSPs and others, worked together to prepare the chargesheet to submit in the court as soon as possible.
 
 
The 33-year-old man Vishnu Bamora accused of abducting, raping and brutally killing minor girl, when presented before the Magistrate in the evening, he started crying and said “I am guilty and should be hanged to death for what I have done with the girl under the influence of liquor.” However, the judge asked him to remain quite untill he is not permitted to speak.
 
 
The Public Relations Officer and ADPO of sate prosecution, Sudha Bhadoria said that the Kamla Nehru police station have submitted the 108-page chargesheet into the court of Kumudini Patel. The police had recorded the statements of 40 people into the case and DNA report of regional forensic lab of the accused is also positive. The one more report from FSL is awaited into the case.
 
 
The accused, Vishnu who was present in the court, stated that when he had committed the crime he was drunk and now he is feeling guilty for what he has done. The court asked about his mother who was not present into the court, the accused replied “No one wanted to come with me. In the court, he asked the judge that what will happen if he would be hanged to death.” The court also asked some questions to the accused.
