According to BCLL officials, the bus MP 04 PA -1019 was ferrying passengers from Mandideep and was heading towards Gandhi Nagar, when the driver lost control on it and hit the boundary wall of Shahjahanabad police station before ramming into an auto-rickshaw. It was at around 4:30 pm when the bus hit an auto and the driver Ahmad Ali, who was inside sustained injuries while passengers escaped unhurt, the bus then rammed into the boundary wall of the police station.
