First phase of seats will be allotted to the UG applicants on June 27. On July 8, PG seats will be allotted to the applicants. The department has asked UG applicants to verify their documents at any Government college help centre from June 10 to 17 and for PG programme from June 15 to July 1.

After concluding the first round of admissions, DHE will be releasing status of vacant seats and cut off list on July 3 and July 13 respectively for UG and PG courses. Second round of document verification for UG will be held on July 4 and for PG on July 13.

Second round of seats will be allotted to the applicants on July 15 and 23 respectively for UG and PG. After concluding the two rounds of admission, DHE will conduct college level counselling. For this CLC rounds, DHE will be releasing status of vacant seats in each college on July 22 and 29 for UG and PG respectively. The department has decided to conclude the UG admissions by August 8 and PG admissions by August 14.

DHE has made all preparation for admission to UG and PG courses in 1250 Government and private colleges across state in three different phases including CLC. This year department has reduced the counselling phase to conclude the admission process earlier. There will be also changes in college level counselling (CLC). This year instead of college level counselling, department will be allowing centralised counselling. Document verification process will be quite easier.

The department has claimed that this year students will not face any issue in admission process.
Last year students faced several problems in online admission process like server down, double fee payment, declined payment, choice filling failure, etc. Students were also bothered in document verification. DHE officials said this year document verification will held through online mode only. For applicants wished to admission in UG first year, department will be verifying details from MPBSE data.
