‘The Hitavada’, Bhopal’s Rajan Raikwar conferred ‘Man of the Media Award’

Rajya Sabha Member R K Sinha, ex DGP N K Tripathi conferred ‘Man of the Media Award’ on Rajan Raikwar
Janparishad felicitated Chief Reporter of ‘The Hitavada’, Rajan Raikwar during a function held at State Museum in the State capital on Sunday. This function was held to mark 30th Foundation Day of Janparishad, which works in different fields to uplift the society and take forward national values. Rajya Sabha Member R K Sinha, ex DGP N K Tripathi conferred ‘Man of the Media Award’ on Rajan Raikwar. On this occasion, Mrs Universe Priya Hazarika, retired IAS officers G P Shrivastava, Manish Shrivastava, Colonel V P Tripathi, senior scribe Rajesh Badal, etc. were also present.
The awards were given by Janparishad to individuals who scaled various heights in their respective fields. Mount Everest climber from State, Bhavna Deharia was also felicitated apart from other persons, including scribe Vikas Tiwari. In his speech, Rajya Sabha Member R K Sinha underlined the need to protect and conserve the environment and to understand the value of water. Jan Parishad’s President and ex DGP N K Tripathi highlighted the achievements of the organisation and said, Jan Parishad helped in taking forward social and national values.
