Shrinkhala Yadav murder case, bereaved mother seeks justice

MAMTA Yadav, the bereaved mother of Shrinkhala Yadav, appealed police and judicial system for ensuring complete justice for her innocent daughter. While talking to the mediapersons at her residence on Monday, Mamta Yadav also raised certain points in the case and demanded sternlegal action in the matter. Mamta Yadav alleged that even after rusticated from school in mid-session, the minor involved in the heinous offence was constantly following her daughter Shrinkhala Yadav while subjecting her to mental harassment. She alleged that during last six months they had also complained his father but on the contrary he admonished them alleging that they lacked the proper parenting their child.
She also added that her daughter was a studious student and she was regularly attending schools and coaching classes for ensuring promising career for her in future. Mamta Yadav pointed out that though he is a minor but as she learnt about the developments prior to the heinous offence, after conducting recce in the area he selected the place and eliminated her daughter brutally. She also pointed out that beside the traumatic head injuries her daughter also had serious injuries below her chest and probably her ribs were fractured.
The minor killed her daughter, dragged her body away and dumped it behind a house in the colony but he was not spotted by anyone in the criminal act. She also added that for about a year the police lacked day and night patrolling and vigil in the area and in absence of active policing such heinous offences occurred.
