Yoga camp organised at Rajbhavan

On the occasion of International Yoga Day, a yoga camp was organised at Raj Bhavan on Friday morning.
 
At this camp, Secretary to Governor Surendra Kumar Jaiswal, Deputy Secretary Roktima Yadav, Governor’s Legal Advisor N K Chandravanshi, Governor’s personal Assistant Anant Shrivastava, Controller Harbansh Miri along with
all the officials-employees of Raj Bhavan Secretariat practiced yoga under the able guidance of Yoga Instructor A K Sahu and his students taught them about various yoga aasanas and pranayam.
 
Towards the end, Governor’s Secretary Surendra Jaiswal proposed a vote of thanks.
CM too doesn’t miss yoga session in New Delhi On the occasion of International Yoga Day, Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel, who’s presently in the national capital to attend the meeting of Finance Ministers ahead of the Union Budget, practiced Yoga at Chhattisgarh Sadan.
 
To mark the occasion of International Yoga Day, Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel took the opportunity to practice various Yoga aasanas.
 
He urged the people of Chhattisgarh to make Yoga a part of their life for leading a healthy life. He said that Yoga not only keeps one healthy, but also makes one disciplined. By practicing Yoga regularly one maintain a healthy body.
