According to the order, five or above people cannot gather at public places in the area Once the Section 144 is imposed, then no person will be allowed to lead or participate in any procession or demonstration. Moreover, no meeting will be allowed during Assembly session in the nearby area
TO MAINTAIN peace, law and order during Assembly Session, Collector and District Magistrate Tarun Kumar Pithode has issued an order to impose Section-144 under CrPC Act-1973 from July 8 to 26. According to the order, five or above people cannot gather at public places in the above mentioned area. Once the Section 144 is imposed, then no person will be allowed to lead or participate in any procession or demonstration. Moreover, no meeting will be allowed during Assembly session in the nearby area.
 
 
Beside this, no person will be allowed to carry arms, lathi, javelin, stone, knife or any sharp weapon during the session. No person will be allowed to indulge in any such activities which could affect educational institutions, hotels, shops, industries and public or private services adversely. Sit-in, effigy burning or any movement will be strictly restricted.
 
 
The order will be implemented from July 8 from 6 am to 12 midnight. Section 144 will cover areas including Lilly Talkies to Roshanpura Road, Banganga to Rajbhavan and Directorate of Public Relations Office road, Old SP Office to Sabban Chouraha, Old Jail Road, Slaughter House Road to Maida Mill and Board Office Square, Jarneshwar Mandir Chouraha to Thandi Sadak, 74 Bungalow, all the roads lead towards Raj Bhavan, road in front of MLA Rest House, Old SP Office to Sabban Chouraha and entire area of old jail, upper area of Maida Mill Road, Board Office Square, Jharneshwar Mandir, Gulab Udyan, 74 Bungalow and Patrakar Bhavan and road towards New Vidhan Sabha, Vindhyachal, Satpuda, Vallabh Bhavan and Arera Exchange area, Om Nagar and entire slum area of Vallabh Nagar.
