Altaf Bahna to represent India in Youth Exchange Programme in China

During International Youth Exchange Programme, the youths from India and China will exchange the rich culture of their respective countries. They will also discuss about the future strategies and relations between the two countries 
 
Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India has selected Altaf Bahna, NSS volunteer (National Service Scheme) associated with Rani Durgavati University to represent India as Indian Ambassador in the International Youth Exchange Programme to be organised in China between July 2-9, 2019. Altaf is one of the three NSS volunteers selected from Madhya Pradesh. During International Youth Exchange Programme, the youths from India and China will exchange the rich culture of their respective countries.
 
They will also discuss about the future strategies and relations between the two countries. Altaf Bahna has already been awarded with the State-level Best NSS Volunteer Award in 2013-14 and Best NSS Volunteer at University level. Altaf is presently engaged in NSS activities as District Incharge of NSS Open Unit in Narsinghpur district. Acknowledging his sincerity and determination, Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India has selected him as Indian Ambassador for International Youth Exchange programme. The son of Haseena Bano and Mohammed Akbar Bahna, credits his parents and guidance of Programme Officer, Dr Devanshu Gautam for his achievement.
 
Altaf left for New Delhi on Saturday, where, after attending one-day training to understand Chinese language, culture and rules on June 30, he would leave for China with other selected Indian Ambassadors on July 1. After attending the programme, he would return to Delhi from China on July 10 and on July 11, he will be in Jabalpur. Vice Chancellor, Rani Durgavati University, Professor Kapil Dev Mishra, Dr Ashok Kumar Shroti, Regional Director, Bhopal, Government of India and Dr R K Vijay, State NSS Officer, Bhopal congratulated Altaf on phone and extended best wishes for his future endeavours. Registrar, Kamlesh Mishra, Programme Co-ordinator, Dr Ashok Kumar Marathe, Programme Officer, Dr Devanshu Gautam and others congratulated him by presenting bouquets.
