Show-cause notice to Naib Tehsildar, 3 others

A Naib Tehsildar and three others, posted at Tilda sub-tehsil office of Raipur, have been issued notice for dereliction of duty. Sandeep Agrawal, Sub-Divisional Officer, Revenue, on Monday paid a surprise visit to Tilda sub-tehsil office following a recent order from District Collector Dr Basavaraju S to the tehsil offices regarding timely disposal of revenue cases and found the officials at Tilda absent from duty without permission.
Naib Tehsildar Krishna Kumar Jaiswal, reader M K Sahu, assistant grade-2 and peon Lav Kumar Chelak were found absent by the Sub-Divisional Officer during the inspection. The SDO issued show-cause notice to the Naib Tehsildar and three others and sought reply. The SDO warned of disciplinary action in case of unsatisfactory reply. The SDO also paid surprise inspection at Kharora Community Health Centre and interacted with the patients.
The SDO asked the Nagar Panchayat administration for water arrangement at the health centre. Later, the SDO inspected Gothans constructed under ‘Suraji Gaon Yojana’. Patwari was directed to dedicate two days to Pathri gram panchayat.
