CM Baghel welcomes ‘Mansarovar Yatra’ pilgrims at his residence

Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel welcomed the ‘Mansarovar Yatra’ pilgrims at Chief Minister’s official residence here on Saturday. The pilgrims were honoured with shawl and shrifal by the Chief Minister on the occasion. A group of 45 pilgrims from Chhattisgarh will go tour to ‘Mansarovar Yatra’ on 14 days from June 11.
 
The pilgrims will reach Mansarovar through Kathmandu, Nepalganj, Simikot and Hilsa. The pilgrims will circle 45 kilometres around Kailash mountain during three days. The pilgrims will return to Raipur on June 23. The pilgrims presented a portrait of Kailash mountain and rudraksh. It may be noted that the State Government gives Rs 50,000 honorarium to each pilgrim for ‘Mansarovar Yatra’. The persons, whose ages are up to 70, can go on the pilgrimage to Mansarovar.
