Finance Minister and district incharge, Tarun Bhanot said that transperancy is must in administrative works. The better result of any project would be received when officers and public representatives world work in co-ordination. In developmental works, particpation of public representatives would be ensured. Minister Bhanot issued these instructions in the meeting of District Planning Committee held at DPC building. This meeting was attended by Union Minister Faggan Singh Kulaste, MLA, Mandla Dev Singh Saiyaam, MLA, Bichia Narayan Singh Patta, MLA, Niwas Ashok Marskole, District pamchayat President Saraswati Maravi, Municpality President Purnima Shukla, Collector Jagdish Chandra Jatia, DPC members and administrative officers.
 
District Incharge Minister Tarun Bhanot directed officers that each person should be extended benefit of government schemes. Injustice should not be done to any person and any beneficiary should be not be made to run from pillar to post. All department should adopt new initiative and proposed schemes for development of district. Efforst should be made to conserbe culture of district. Taking up review of Sarva Shiksha Abhiyaan, Minister Bhatot said that no child should be deproved of education, special attention should be given to school drop-outs. He asked for submitting report on the present status of children registered in last five years under Right To Education. Children should be given benefit of incentive schemes within time limit.
 
Anaganwadi centere should be result oriented so that malnourishment can be checked. In district, all anganwadi centre and schools should run in their own building. When required, approval of building should be given. Minister directed officers to ensure supply of clean water to people, chlorination should be done in all handpumps and all water sources. Where clean drinking water is not available there alternative arrangements should be done.
 
He asked for promoting tourism on larger scale at Kanha and launching new steps to attract more tourists to Kanha National Park. Union Minister Kuleste directed for making special action plan for those areas where number of malnourished children is more. MLA, Mandla Saiyaam raised the issue of issue of excessive electricity bills, Minister Bhanot directed officers for looking into the matter.
