BMC carries out cleanliness inspection at different wards

Bhopal Municipal Corporation (BMC) will deduct one-day salary of health officials and ward inspector for not marinating cleanliness in respective wards. On Tuesday cleanliness inspection was carried out at ward number 43, and cone 9, 10, 11, 18 and 19. During inspection BMC Commissioner Vijay Data along with other officials were present including additional commissioner BMC Rajesh Rathore, incharge health official Kamar Saquib etc. BMC officials inspected the cleanliness at the nullahs of the area. To provide the citizens with better cleanliness and other basic facilities, BMC Commissioner monitored the cleanliness drive being carried out in the city by Bhopal Municipal Corporation (BMC).
 
BMC Commissioner Vijay Datta minutely inspected the cleanliness of nullahs and the proper water flow. He asked the officials to clean the nullahs with the help of JCB machines with an immediate effect. He also interacted with the locals of the area. He had a door-to-door interaction with the people and came across with their problems concerning the issues like encroachments, cleanliness and hygiene, water supply, electricity and other public facilities. He also asked the officials to look into the problems faced by the residents and resolve them as soon as possible.
 
He then urged the citizens to participate in the cleanliness drive and make it successful. Also the locals agreed to contribute their bit in maintaining the cleanliness in their surroundings. During the visit, he was informed about the ongoing development works at the ward as. He also gave necessary instructions to the officials concerned and asked them to upgrade and maintain the cleanliness facilities in the ward.He further instructed the officials to remove the encroachments from the of the area.
 
Notably, the cleanliness drive of the nullahs is being carried out in the area with the help of JCB Machines, a poclain, and labours of anti encroachment squad. Ward number 9 in charge Ravi Gainayar and Jeetu Mehorilas one day salary was deducted during the inspection as proper sanitation in the area was not found by the team .
