Western Coalfields brings smiles on faces of 25 differently abled persons

WESTERN Coalfields Limited (WCL) along with Aadhar Apang Samajik Bahuudeshiya Vikas Sanstha recently gave hightech steel texture prosthesis artificial legs to 25 differently abled persons at a function. Dr Sanjay Kumar, Director (HR) WCL, and Ashok Mishra, from Click to Cloud, distributed the artificial legs at Coal Club of WCL Headquarters.

With this gesture WCL brings smiles on faces of 25 differently able persons. Sumeet Tate, President of Aadhar Apang Samajik Bahuudeshiya Vikas Sanstha and Sandhya Sinha, HoD Welfare/CSR of WCL were also present on the occasion. The beneficiaries were highly pleased with the noble gesture. Wajid Ali, one of the beneficiaries, expressed that he was able to drive a motorbike with the new legs. Some expressed that they will be able to earn bread and butter for themselves. The programme was conducted by Sameer Barala, Senior Manager, (HR) WCL. Shreeram Chaturvedla, Sanjay Kota and R Rashmi took efforts for the success of the event.
