Yashi Jain becomes 1st woman from C’garh to climb Mt Elbrus

Yashi Jain, a resident of Raigarh, has become the first woman from Chhattisgarh to climb Mount Elbrus, the highest mountain in Europe and one of the major mountains in the world. She had recently completed climbing at Mount Elbrus and brought laurel to the state by becoming first woman from the state to climb the 5,642 ft high mountain and hoisted the Indian tricolor on top to mark her success.
 
Chhattisgarh State Congress Sports Cell President Praveen Jain informed that Yashi Jain had started climbing Mount Elbrus on July 1 completed climbing within next five days. He further informed that Yashi Jain also wishes to climb all the major mountains in all the seven continents and will make not only the state but the whole country proud. As per information, Yashi has reached back India on Tuesday.
