Seminar on credit to startups today

ONE of the challenges being faced by startups is to get credit from market. They cannot afford high rate of interest nor they can offer adequate collateral security. In order to enable startups get credit, a programme on ‘credit to startups’ is being organised by Alliance for Indian MSMEs in association with SIDBI and Department of MSME, Government of India, said B C Bhartia, National President of Confederation of All India Traders (CAIT).
 
The programme will be held at Hotel Ashoka, Aath Rasta Chowk, Laxmi Nagar, Nagpur on July 11, from 2 pm. Dinesh Rai, ex Secretary Ministry of MSME, Government of India will be the keynote speaker. P M Parlewar, Director of MSME Nagpur, D Prasad Rao, General Manager of SIDBI Nagpur and S K Sonkar, Assistant General Manager and Zonal Head, Allahabad Bank will be guest of honour and will give guidance on the issue. B C Bhartia has appealed to all startups and MSMEs to take advantage of the programme and be there on time, informs a press release issued here. Members of Venture Catalyst Nagpur CA Poonam Khandelwal, Puneet Jain and Swati Sharma will also be present for guidance.
