Workshop on SWAYAM andNPTEL at RCOEM from July 19

TWO-days awareness workshop on Study Webs of Active Learning for Young Aspiring Minds (SWAYAM) and National Programme on Technology Learning (NPTEL) will be organised at Shri Ramdeobaba College of Engineering and Management, Nagpur on July 19 and July 20.
 
The workshop is jointly organised by Internal Quality Assurance Cells of Shri Ramdeobaba College of Engineering and Management (RCOEM) and Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University (RTMNU) in association with NPTEL, Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kanpur. Main purpose of the workshop is to increase awareness about indigenous online learning platforms SWAYAM and NPTEL and the importance of the MOOCs among the faculty members across the institutions under RTMNU, Nagpur and in the surrounding geographical region of Nagpur. During the workshop, information about open online courses on these platforms, various formats, text transcription, credit transfer schemes, joint collaborations between the institutes/industries with SWAYAM –NPTEL will be given.
 
Industry personnel, faculty members related to teaching in engineering, medical, science, arts, education, commerce, pharmacy, management disciplines can attend the workshop.
